This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marshall White Projects team as a Sales Administrator, supporting the delivery of premium off-the-plan residential developments across Melbourne. You’ll play a key role in keeping campaigns, listings, contracts and client communication running smoothly, while working alongside a highly respected and collaborative team.

About the role
As Sales Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Projects team and help manage the day-to-day coordination of sales campaigns. This is a varied role where accuracy, initiative and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing databases, stockists and purchaser records.
Coordinating sales files, contracts and collateral.
Supporting agents with appointments, campaign administration and reporting.
Updating project profiles and online listings across portals.
Liaising with vendors, project managers, legal representatives and purchasers.
Preparing contracts, sold files and purchaser documentation.
Assisting with EDMs, text communications, OFI uploads and campaign materials.
Providing end-to-end client service and assisting with construction and variation updates.
Supporting the wider Projects team with executive support and general administrative tasks.
About you
You are a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing team. You bring a polished, friendly and professional approach, along with the confidence to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a busy administration or sales support role.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with databases.
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
A genuine team focus and willingness to support others.
Experience in real estate, property or campaign administration is highly regarded.
