Project Resourcing Specialist

Job Description:

Master Works is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project planning and execution, analyzing data, assisting employees, and managing customer relationships. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Power BI, Excel, and Jisr is essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Use Jira to track tasks, manage workflows, and support project teams.
• Analyze and report on operational and project data using Excel and Power BI.
• Utilize Jisr for administrative and HR-related processes.
• Provide ongoing support to employees across departments.
• Communicate with customers and address their concerns effectively.
• Assist in preparing project plans and improving workflow processes.
• Identify and solve problems to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, MIS, or similar)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in project management, operations support, or a similar role.
• PMP certification or any recognized Project Management certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Practical knowledge or experience with Jira.
• Familiarity with the Jisr HR platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong customer management and communication skills.
• Experience in project planning and execution.
• Ability to support employees and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
