 As coordinator be responsible for managing and follow up PEP-, localization- and cost saving-projects of business units in overall

Job Responsibilities岗位职责(详细描述)：

 Project coordination within purchasing team (e.g. Project tracking & coordination, regular project status meetings with global/ local Purchasing team, collaboration with plant project team)

采购团队的项目协调 （如项目跟踪与协调， 与国外/国内采购团队定期的项目状态会议以及与工厂项目组的合作）

 1st contact person for product areas (development, manufacturing, quality); 

对于产品跟其他部门的第一步的联系人，如工艺，技术，生产，质量部门;

 Be responsible for supplier development and project management for new design or localization project components purchasing, including planning, SQP, TSR, lesson learn, feasibility confirmation of supplier, process approval of supplier for new part ect.; 

负责新产品或者国产化产品零件的供应商开发及项目管理，包括新零件项目计划，供应商的质量计划，技术规范确认, 相关产品历史经验, 供应商产能确认, 以及供应商工艺能力确认等;

 Know-how carrier for product or product functions, key member in SE team of PEP and cost reduction projects, provide supply chain solution to new / redesign products;  

了解产品或者产品的相关功能know-how，新设计和降本项目团队的核心成员，为新产品或设计变更的产品提供供应链解决方案;

 Evaluate cost reduction potential and implement accordingly in cooperation with colleagues in China and oversea

与国内外同事共同评估潜在降本机会并推动对应措施和项目的执行

 Realization of project goals for external procurement (Q, C, D, T); 

实现对外采购的项目目标, 如质量, 成本，交付，技术等;

 Support the PUR/-Q team to optimize supplier base, improve supplier quality and flexibility;

配合商务采购部及质量采购优化供应商体系，提升供应商质量及灵活性

 

 

 B.A degree or above on mechanical engineering or metallurgy.

机械制造或材料专业大学本科及以上学历。

 Purchasing or technical background and project management experience

采购或技术背景，项目管理经验

 or technical and commercial experience of turning or machining in related areas (PUE, MOE, TEF, ENG etc.)

或机加工零件的相关领域技术背景（如项目采购,生产,工艺, 设计etc.）

 Fluent English in reading, writing, speaking and listening

英语听说读写流利

 Good willingness and ability in communication and collaboration

沟通、合作意愿及能力强

 Open minded, esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests

思路开阔. 如: 面对不同文化和交叉利益的问题时

 Quick learning ability, honest, strong responsibility, self-motivation and persistent working attitude

具备快速学习能力，为人诚实，责任心强，较大压力下能够自我激励并保持工作状态

 Good knowledge and application of MS-Office, SAP and PBI experience as plus

熟练使用电脑及Office系列软件，有SAP及PBI经验更佳
