• Als Teil eines Projektteams übernehmen Sie im Rahmen von Großbauprojekten aus dem Bereich Data Centre die Erstellung und Kontrolle komplexer Terminpläne.
• Sie behalten die Richtigkeit, Validität und Vollständigkeit der Terminpläne im Blick und erstellen Fortschrittsberichte für das Projekt-Reporting.
• Sie identifizieren, analysieren und kommunizieren Abweichungen und erarbeiten Vorschläge zur Gegensteuerung.
• Sie koordinieren interne und externe Terminpläne, bewerten die Vorgehensweise und die Kontrollsysteme und erarbeiten Maßnahmen.
• Als Berater fördern Sie eine gute und strukturierte Kommunikation mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den externen Planungsteams.

• Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium mit  bautechnischer Ausrichtung.
• Sie bringen ca. 7 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektsteuerung / Project Controls für Industie oder Data Centre Projekte mit, davon min. 5 Jahre spezialisierte Kentnisse in der Terminplanung.
• Sie überzeugen durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Zielstrebigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen ebenso wie Spaß an herausfordernden Großprojekten.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Primavera (P6) und MS Project
