The Team


Our dedicated Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice is a pan-European team who provide a range of services to clients across the Private Equity investment life cycle


With strong growth expected to continue in FY26 the pursuits and pitching team is growing, and we are looking for a Proposal Specialist within our PEPI team based in Madrid. The main aim of the role is to work with the Managing Directors and wider PEPI team to lead the proposal process, develop and produce high quality materials that best demonstrate our capabilities. You'll help ensure go to market content is best-in-class, organised and accessible to the wider team.


How you will contribute

Working in conjunction with the proposals leader for the business, you will be focused across Spain as well as wider Europe, contributing to the strategic growth of the firm by taking a central role in the preparation and coordination of proposals
Owning the bid process; craft compelling, high-quality proposals that clearly communicate our value proposition, as well as organise and prepare teams for client pitches
Challenge and support technical teams to produce compelling, persuasive and customer-focused content
Preparation of other sales materials such as discussion documents, service offerings and go-to-market decks
Standarizing the process for Proposals – Creds, Bios, and formats.
Knowledge management champion for PEPI in Spain, ensuring materials are available for reuse within the wider business
Maintain the pursuits database and tracking the progress of opportunities through the sales funnel
Capture client feedback and ensure best practice is shared across the team


Qualifications

Strong project proposal writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail to identify subtle errors and inconsistencies
Strong relationship building, communication and influencing skills
The ability to work well within a fast-paced, highly focused and deadline driven environment
Excellent organisational skills – able to handle multiple live pursuits and deadlines
Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel; dashboarding / PowerBI is a plus
An aptitude and interest in leveraging A.I. tools, both internally as well as for meeting client demands
Background in professional services preferred
