Project Marketing Specialist for US Based Company (US-Based, Remote)

We are looking for a driven Project Marketing Specialist with a versatile skill set across copywriting, design/video editing, and website management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing marketing initiatives while also contributing hands-on creative work.

The ideal candidate has experience working with Western markets, preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment, and can manage multiple marketing tasks while maintaining high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Project Coordination
• Manage and support marketing projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate different creative and marketing tasks to ensure timely delivery.

• Copywriting & Content Creation
• Write compelling marketing copy, website content, captions, and campaign messaging.
• Adapt writing style depending on platform, audience, and campaign goals.

• Design & Video Editing
• Create or assist with visual assets, social media creatives, and simple video edits.
• Support marketing campaigns with engaging visual content.

• Website Management
• Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and other digital assets.
• Ensure website information remains current and aligned with marketing campaigns.

• Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to implement campaigns.
• Help ensure projects stay organized, efficient, and aligned with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:
• Experience in marketing, creative, or digital project roles.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience with basic design and/or video editing tools.
• Experience with website management or CMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Agency experience serving Western markets is highly preferred.
