You will play a vital role in ensuring that our projects are successfully completed, making a remarkable impact on the implementation of our portfolio strategy and the exciting evolution of our business models.

In this role, you will be essential to lead and coordinate our growing portfolio of cloud infrastructure and application modernization projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative cloud solutions, including Cloud Servers, Cloud Storage, Cloud Databases, and Cloud Hosting. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will be a critical figure to ensure robust centralize project planning, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination, without reducing overhead and minimizing delays. Your leadership will enable us to execute projects more efficiently, mitigate risks, and align with business objectives.

Tasks

• Planning, controlling, and structuring both classic and agile projects in the IT environment while keeping an eye on deadlines, budgets, and the quality of results.

• Leading engaging workshops for requirement analysis and effort estimation, as well as steering project direction.

• Coordinating our fantastic teams involved in the project (both internal and external) and smoothly transitioning projects to daily business operations.

• Innovating project methods and standards to keep us ahead of the curve.

• Preparing insightful decision-making templates for top management.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience is desirable, with expertise in complex project management, team leadership and stakeholder management.

• A successfully completed degree or training with a focus on economics, engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Practical experience leading complex projects and/or stakeholder management in dynamic and fast-paced environments, ideally in the Information Technology sector, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies, and other relevant methods (e.g. IPMA) and tools (preferably Jira).

• Prior experience in complex projects and products is desirable, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Prior experience in Agile environments is also desired, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

• Experience working in Software, Information, and Technology or related companies is preferred, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.

• Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) and product development (e.g. Product Owner) are advantageous.

• A hands-on mentality with the ability to clearly summarize complex issues.

• You are excited about new challenges and maintain your composure even in complex situations.

• You work methodically and are driven to achieve results.
