Project Manager (World of Tanks, PC)

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Prague office, who will define our feature development strategy and oversee its full development cycle. PM will be part of a World of Tanks production team and work closely with Producer, developers, game and UX designers, business analysts, QA engineers and Art Team. PM is expected to provide clear guidelines and key success factors at all stages of development. To be successful in this role you’re expected to be the expert in Project management and one of the Gamedev or IT development related areas: software development, QA, Game Design, etc. If you feel confident in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, passionate about project management, have strong communication and people skills, attentive to details, focused, like structure approach and order then this position is for you.

Project Management Discipline Director

What will you do?

• Create plans for Features in roadmap (short-term and long-term planning) using agile methodologies.

• Coordinate daily development operations and activities, including conducting stand-ups, code reviews, retros and feature demos.

• Create and maintain schedules, ensuring a sense of responsibility among all team members.

• Establish, manage, track, and report on key development milestones for gameplay and related features.

• Provide regular progress reports to various levels of management, sharing knowledge and experience to improve integration.

• Collaborate at the corporate level with other studios in different countries, participating in cross-functional projects.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in Project management, time management, risk management and change management.

• Computer Science Degree or equivalent in project management and/or technical discipline required.

• Minimum 3+ years experience in coordinating software development, operations, or infrastructure activities in international teams.

• Experience with JIRA, Miro or other Software Development-focused time-tracking and planning tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

• Excellent English language skills (both written & spoken).

• Experience in collaboration with cross-functional team and external teams on design and implementation of features.
