Position Overview

The Project Manager (Workplace Technology Solutions) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology-driven workplace projects — including AV, IT infrastructure, smart office systems, and integrated workplace solutions. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project management for workplace technology projects (e.g., AV systems, video conferencing, structured cabling, network infrastructure, IoT, smart office solutions).
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning processes.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular project meetings, provide progress updates, and manage expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Coordination & Supervision

• Coordinate and supervise internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved through effective collaboration.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to project team members.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Conduct testing, verification, and post-installation reviews to ensure performance and reliability.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and close-out materials.
• Track project performance using KPIs and prepare final project reports.
• Support the preparation of tenders, quotations, and technical proposals as needed.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in managing technology or workplace solution projects.
• Proven track record in delivering AV, IT infrastructure, or smart workplace projects.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working on-site at clients’ locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical understanding of workplace technologies (e.g., AV systems, network infrastructure, IoT, collaboration tools).
• Proficient in project management tools
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

• May require occasional weekend work depending on project schedules.
