Project Manager - Workplace Technology Solutions

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Workplace Technology Solutions projects, including end-user computing, collaboration tools, AV systems, and digital workplace transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for managing project lifecycles from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for workplace technology initiatives (e.g. office IT setup, AV/VC systems, workplace infrastructure, digital tools)
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, with clear mitigation plans
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to quality standards
• Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and third-party management
• Provide regular project updates, reporting, and communication to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and governance frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and processes

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with workplace or IT infrastructure projects
• Proven experience delivering workplace technology solutions (e.g. Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, AV systems, network infrastructure)
• Experience working on-site at clients’ locations
• Strong understanding of end-user computing, office IT environments, and digital workplace trends
• Experience managing vendors and external partners
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities

• Experience with workplace transformation or office relocation projects
• Experience with AutoCAD drawing would be highly advantageous
