Now we’re looking for a Project Manager for Workforce Supplier Relations to our Warehouse in Budapest

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber, data-driven Project Manager to own and optimize our High-Volume Hiring (HVH) mechanism. This isn't just a task-execution role; you will be responsible for the end-to-end process, moving from simply filling requirements to building and auditing the entire hiring infrastructure. Your primary goal is to ensure maximum workforce availability and flexibility while driving improvements in quality, cost-efficiency, and retention.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Mechanism Ownership: Move beyond process execution to analyze KPI data and implement structural changes, such as updated screening and new candidate confirmation processes.

• Supplier Management: Create and manage a Supplier Scorecard mechanism. Use performance data to strategically decide which partner relationships to increase or decrease.

• Process Efficiency (Invent and Simplify): Audit the onboarding journey to remove bottlenecks and reduce "Time-to-Hire" to an industry-leading 4–7 days.

• Data-Driven Decision Making (Dive Deep): Use weekly KPI data to identify "funnel leaks" (e.g., high no-show rates or low retention) and justify all actions with hard data.

• Stakeholder Communication: Provide weekly, data-led updates to the Leadership Team (COO, Head of Ops) explaining the "why" behind the numbers and the status of process fixes.

What you Bring

Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to handle complexity and drive process improvements at scale.

• Operational Excellence: Experience in High-Volume Hiring (HVH) and managing external labor agencies/suppliers.

• Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to audit the candidate journey from application to Day 1 to identify and fix friction points.

Leadership: Ability to lead a support team, focusing 1:1 sessions on development rather than just task management.
