Job Description

The Project Manager – Workforce Analytics & Operations drives data-backed operational efficiency across Customer Support. This role blends project management, workforce analytics, and business analysis, with approximately 50% focus on Workforce Management (WFM) and 50% on cross-functional project execution and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Analytics & Capacity Planning:

• Analyze WFM metrics including forecast accuracy, staffing vs. demand, adherence, and capacity utilization.

• Develop dashboards and insights to support leadership decision-making.

• Translate analysis into actionable capacity and performance plans.

Project & Operational Management:

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on efficiency and performance improvement.

• Own project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.

• Ensure adoption and sustainability of improvements.

Required Qualifications

• College degree plus 2–3+ years (4-5+ years without a degree) in Project Management, Business Analysis, Workforce Management, or Operations.

• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency.

• Experience with dashboards (Power BI, Tableau preferred).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Support or Contact Center environments.
•Knowledge of WFM concepts (forecasting, capacity planning).
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification a plus.

El Project Manager – Analítica de Workforce y Operaciones impulsa la eficiencia operativa basada en datos dentro del área de Customer Support. • Experiencia con dashboards (Power BI, Tableau preferido).
• Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.

Requisitos Deseables

• Experiencia en entornos de Customer Support o Contact Center.
• Conocimiento de conceptos de WFM (forecasting, planificación de capacidad).
• Certificación PMP, CAPM o similar es un plus.
