Project Manager for MDHHS/Behavioral and public health

Complete Description:

· EPMO supporting MDHHS is requesting a Project Manager to provide project management and support services for the implementation of MDHHS - MiWIC Mobile infrastructure readiness, Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) vendor management - Phase 2, and Newborn Screening Online Enhancement projects.

· This senior project manager will be working on projects under the behavioral and public health program area.

· This position will specifically run complex IT projects that are prioritized and assigned by the behavioral and public health area. Strong IT project management skills and Agile Scrum methodology is required to run and manage several scrum teams. This resource must have the ability to work in a matrix organization and must have good interpersonal skills to interact with multiple teams (in house development team, vendors teams, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders).
