We are currently looking Project Manager - Wholesale (Revenue Generation) our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Experience:
• 8+ years banking and transformation experience, with strong Wholesale / Corporate Banking exposure.
• Proven delivery of front‑office or revenue‑impacting initiatives.
• Strong project leadership combined with hands‑on BA experience.
• Commercial mindset, sound judgment, and strong ownership mentality.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management Skills:
• Program / Project manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple revenue‑related initiatives across Wholesale Banking.
• Translate strategic objectives into delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Actively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery trade‑offs.
• Drive execution in ambiguous environments and keep momentum without waiting for direction.
• Ensure benefits realization is tracked and delivered, not assumed.
Business Analyst Skills:
• Ability to conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements.
• Ability to document BRDs, user stories, and process flows (current state, interim, and target state operating models) alinging to revenue outcomes.
• Analyze front‑office workflows to identify gaps impacting productivity or client conversion.
• Work closely with all key stakeholders including Technology and Operations to ensure solutions are feasible and effective.
• Ensure business cases & benefits realization are created, tracked, and delivered, not assumed.
Business & Domain Exposure:
• Engage directly with key stakeholders including but not limited to Wholesale Front Office to understand revenue drivers and constraints.
• Proven experience delivering enablement or operational transformation
• Support decision‑making with data, logic, and commercial context.
