KCI Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You’ll Do
Lead Project Execution
Manage all phases of wastewater construction projects ($10M–$30M+)
Develop and maintain project schedules in partnership with field leadership
Coordinate office and field teams to drive performance
Proactively resolve constructability and design challenges
Own Financial Performance
Manage budgets, cost controls, and monthly profit projections
Analyze variances and implement corrective action
Lead change order pricing, negotiation, and execution
Oversee subcontractor and major material procurement
Serve as Client Leader
Act as primary liaison with Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders
Lead progress meetings and maintain strong working relationships
Ensure contract compliance and manage risk exposure
Drive Safety & Quality
Champion a strong safety culture
Ensure work aligns with contract documents and quality standards
Partner closely with Superintendents for seamless execution
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5+ years of experience managing civil/wastewater construction projects
Experience in the $10M–$30M+ project range preferred
Strong understanding of wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, utilities, and process/mechanical scopes
Experience with scheduling software (P6 preferred)
Knowledge of construction systems (Vista, HCSS a plus)
Strong financial acumen, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
