Are you an experienced Project Associate with a deep passion for digital technology? As a Project Associate with Appnovation, you’ll be responsible for managing multi-functional teams in the business of consulting, designing, developing, training and supporting digital transformation and digital marketing solutions for our clients around the world!

WHO YOU ARE

• First and foremost, you are passionate about new technology, incredible with clients, and widely recognized for the depth of your Project Management skills

• 2-3+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency, professional services or consulting environment, with a focus on managing large client-facing project teams and budgets

• Experience in Release Management in an Agile environment with Scrum ceremonies

• Experience in working in multi-environments/multi-projects context

• Experience in Web site and mobile application development

• Knowledge of Jira and confluence

• Value transparency, communications, collaboration

• Comfortable working with clients and discussing technical and business requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, and are able to communicate project details

• Understanding of client business requirements, and the ability to present them in a form which is comprehensible to business users and technical professionals

• Fundamentally driven by ensuring good process and able to adapt different approaches and methodologies

• Exceptional planning, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Able and keen to work in a very fast paced, growth environment

• Interested in directly influencing the continued growth of Appnovation

• Project Management and/or Scrum Master certifications is a plus

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

• Work closely with strategists, developers, architects, product managers, designers, and the client's representatives to define the direction, approach and requirements to project manage the discovery, design and execution

• Participate in the pre-sales process (opportunity management, oversee and run pre-sales teams to create responses to RFPs, estimates, etc.)

• Manage project budgets and maintain costs to remain within or under budget

• Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across projects

• Determine project schedules, create detailed project plans and scope statements, and write status reports for each stage of the project

• Estimate and track project costs, develop resource plans, and work to assess potential issues and risks

• Grow long-term relationships with clients and capitalize on “add-on” sales opportunities across projects while constantly seeking out new opportunities with existing clients

• Provide guidance to all members of the project team and to other Delivery team members

• Identify and provide recommendations for process improvement in the delivery of projects
