Project Manager

At BlackStone eIT, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within IT environments, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success by ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and client expectations.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project budgets and timelines, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while adhering to quality standards and risk management protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Lead project teams, assigning tasks and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, forecasts, and issues.
• Ensure adherence to company project management methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and tools (MS Project, JIRA).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving within a project context.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written) is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
