Project Manager - Turnkey Projects (m/f/d)

Your mission:
You will be responsible for managing complex and demanding national and international projects in the field of audio-visual and lighting installations (both permanent and semi-permanent).
From initial client contact through concept development, budgeting, presentation, and project execution, you will lead communications and negotiations while supporting internal teams across disciplines with your creativity and proven industry expertise.
You bring strong business acumen and are confident and proficient in technical discussions with clients.

Key responsibilities will include:• Oversee all phases of project management from conception, planning, execution to completion.
• Coordinate and control project planning and execution, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control.
• Manage client communications from initial contact through project realization, including negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
• Lead large project teams across various disciplines, providing strategic direction and support.
• Participate in tender processes including design, submission, and review.
• Negotiate and award supplier and subcontractor contracts.
• Monitor project progress, conduct reviews, and generate detailed reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, HSE, QAQC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Project Coordination, Crew Management, Procurement, and others.
• Initiate and secure growth opportunities and new projects.

Your profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects as a general contractor, including multi-scope and fit-out projects.
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Event Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in leading large project teams and managing client and subcontractor negotiations.
• Experience with Museums, Cultural projects, and permanent or semi-permanent installations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Audio, Video, and Lighting systems.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and complex project schedules.
• Passion for big and complex projects with a proactive and resilient mindset.
• Strong business acumen and technical proficiency.
• Existing network of clients in the AVL sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) is a must.
