About the role
We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead healthcare/medical tenant improvement (TI) projects in occupied/operational environments. You’ll own the project from precon through closeout—budget, schedule, subcontractors, client coordination, and turnover—while maintaining patient/occupant safety and compliance.
What you’ll do
Lead TI projects from budgeting, bidding, buyout, and planning through construction, closeout, and turnover.
Build and manage project schedules; coordinate subcontractors and vendors; track productivity, materials, and lead times.
Manage cost control: estimates, buyout comparisons, change orders, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
Partner with owners/tenants, architects/engineers, and field leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain quality.
Drive healthcare-specific requirements (as applicable): ICRA planning, interim life safety, infection control coordination, clean/dirty pathways, off-hours work, and tie-ins.
What you bring (required)
3–8+ years of commercial construction PM experience with a strong concentration in interiors/TI and healthcare/medical (MOBs, clinics, imaging, ASC, hospital renovations, etc.).
Proven track record owning budget/schedule and delivering TI projects safely and on time.
Strong subcontractor management, change management, and client communication skills.
Preferred
Experience working in occupied healthcare environments.
Familiarity with ICRA / ILSM expectations and healthcare turnover/commissioning workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar (or equivalent experience).
