About Us

We are reinventing consumer credit. We wildly reduce the cost of capital by using technology to easily tap into people’s assets. Our first product is the world's cheapest credit card – backed by home equity. Using many patented technologies, we sped up a process that usually takes 4-6 weeks and thousands of dollars down to as fast as 15 minutes and $0 to get.

Who are we?

We are a well-capitalized (over $250MM in equity funding) team of technology (Square, Microsoft, Facebook) and finance (Discover, CapitalOne, Goldman Sachs) executives with top-tier investors – Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, Max Levchin, NYCA, Sequoia, SciFi VC, Caffeinated Capital, etc.

Our team includes people who have built:

● Financial products (Square/CashApp, the earliest CapitalOne credit cards)

● Consumer products (Internet.org, Xbox)

● Technology infrastructure (Visual Studio, Windows & Azure, helped design the C++ & C# languages)

● Mathematics & science infrastructure (computational research at NASA’s JPL)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized Project Manager / Writer who excels at structuring information, creating clear documentation, and keeping complex initiatives organized and moving forward.

This role sits at the intersection of project coordination, writing, and systems thinking. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn messy inputs into clear plans, documents, and processes that people actually use.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Process Management

● Own documentation-heavy projects from intake to completion

● Break down ambiguous requests into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables

● Track progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives

● Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or unclear ownership

● Keep stakeholders aligned through clear updates and documentation

Writing & Documentation

● Create, organize, and maintain internal documentation such as:

○ Process docs

○ SOPs

○ PRDs / project briefs

○ Decision logs

○ Knowledge base articles

● Turn raw notes, conversations, and ideas into structured, readable documents

● Edit and improve existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and usability

● Establish and enforce documentation standards and templates

Organization & Systems Thinking

● Design logical folder structures, naming conventions, and version control practices

● Ensure documents are easy to find, understand, and keep up to date

● Think critically about how information flows across teams

● Recommend tools or workflows to improve documentation and project tracking

Collaboration

● Work closely with product, operations, engineering, compliance, and support teams

● Facilitate meetings when needed, capturing clear notes, decisions, and action items

● Ask thoughtful questions to surface assumptions and clarify intent

● Push back constructively when requests are unclear or inefficient

Required Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in project management, technical writing, operations, or a similar role

● Strong writing and editing skills — able to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely

● Proven ability to organize large amounts of information

● Experience creating and maintaining documentation used by multiple teams

● Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information

● Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture

● Flexibility to work US Pacific time 9 AM to 7 PM

● Must be based in the Philippines
