Project Manager Technical Lead

We are seeking a Project Manager who can independently manage delivery from sprint planning through to stakeholder communications without requiring constant guidance. You will collaborate closely with our founding team, acting as a bridge between product, engineering, and client commitments.

Requirements:
Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery—from finalizing requirements to go-live—overseeing both product development and client engagements.
• Collect, document, and establish baseline requirements before development starts; handle scope adjustments through a transparent change request process.
• Lead sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives with the technical team, ensuring Agile ceremonies are efficient and focused.
• Monitor project status—including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget—and identify risks early to prevent issues.
• Collaborate with our external development partner to manage deliverables, review work against specifications, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to provide delivery updates, manage expectations, and resolve escalations—serving as the primary point of contact for execution.
• Manage UAT coordination, release readiness assessments, and go-live approvals in partnership with the engineering team.
• Prepare and deliver weekly project health reports to the founding team that are clear, concise, and straightforward.
• Maintain organized documentation across all projects—such as SOWs, project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and status trackers.
• Act as the initial point of contact for resolving delivery issues, whether internal or external.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of practical project management experience within a software or SaaS setting.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies applied in practice, not just in theory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive individual who assumes ownership.
• Bonus: Experience in startup or early-stage product companies.
