We are seeking a Structural Engineer / Project Lead to join our growing Dallas office. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer ready to take ownership of projects, work directly with clients, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality structural solutions.
Our projects include multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and hospitality developments. You will collaborate closely with architects, developers, and internal leadership in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Own
• Manage structural engineering projects from concept through construction administration
• Perform and oversee structural calculations and design development
• Prepare and review construction document packages
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior engineers (EITs) and technicians
• Support the growth of the Dallas office through strong project execution
Requirements:
• 5–6+ years of structural engineering experience
• Experience managing or leading projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering required
• Civil Engineering degree acceptable with strong structural focus
• PE license preferred; PE-eligible candidates will be considered
• Proficiency in structural design software, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, or large-scale residential projects preferred
• Wood design experience is a plus
• Familiarity with the Texas market is a plus
• U.S. citizenship required
