Project Manager - Strategic Operations

THE TEAM
The Operations team is central to Luxclusif, overseeing the entire product journey. This includes managing all Supply Chain activities from Inbound, Quality Control, and Visual Asset Management to Logistics fulfillment and Delivery. The team is also responsible for developing and implementing new operational processes, optimizing efficiencies, and managing costs in a strong business growth environment and expansion.The Ops team is geographically distributed, with members located in the Philippines, Portugal, China, and Japan.

THE ROLE
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering strategic projects that directly impact the Operations team at Luxclusif. This role is highly cross-functional within Operations, focusing on initiatives that improve the flow of products through our warehouses, optimize processes such as studio photography, and enhance order fulfillment to clients. We are looking for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Projects in this role will drive efficiency, delivering benefits in both costs and revenue, while the team also contributes to broader, cross-functional initiatives across the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Managing a portfolio of strategic Operations and cross-functional projects.
• Leading key initiatives end-to-end, from prioritisation and business case definition to execution and delivery.
• Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies through analysis.
• Developing and improving project frameworks, documentation, and ways of working.
• Tracking performance and impact through KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
• Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and partners to align on strategy and execution.

WHO YOU ARE:
• Experienced in portfolio and project management, with a track record of delivering impactful cross-functional projects.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with experience of leveraging data and insights to create reports and business cases.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders and mediating project conflicts.
• Structured, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
• Adaptable, flexible, and collaborative, with a “can-do” attitude; thrives in fast-paced environments and works confidently autonomously
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the field of Warehouse Operations, Logistics and/or Ecommerce from advantage.
