Project Manager Spatial Experiences (m/f/d)

Your mission:
Our dynamic Spatial Experiences team in Dubai is expanding, and we are looking for a Project Manager to join us and contribute to the successful delivery of some of the most innovative and exciting projects around the globe. • Lead complex and challenging international projects from its planning to execution and completion, including the entire project organization and control.
• Oversee the development of the master project schedule and manage its implementation.
• Monitor projects quality, deadlines and cost control.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for key stakeholders.
• Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
• Participate in tender process, i.e. design, submission and review.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
• Tender, negotiate and award supplier contracts for subcontracting services.
• Collaborate with Crew Management on resource planning of assigned projects using EasyJob software.
• Collaborate with QHSE on projects on-site, ensuring deliveries in line with HSE / QAQC requirements and compliances.
• Continuously build and maintain a strong network of clients.
• Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Your profile:
• Proven project management or engineering and project coordinator experience with turnkey projects (scenic, fit-out, AVL) such as museums, visitor experience centers, EXPO pavilions and other permanent/ semi-permanent installations in the entertainment and cultural field.
• A degree in Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Technical understanding of Audio, Video and Lighting systems and control. 
• Knowledge and experience with current technologies for large scale installations.
• Proven ability to create and manage large budgets. 
• Strong industry network in the UAE and KSA is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency is a must.
• Flexible to work based on the requirements of the industry. 
• Good understanding of technical, business and contractual correlations in all complexity.
