The Project Manager is responsible of planning and controlling the diverse activities required to deliver projects to final customers on time, on budget, and with the required quality, despite risks and issues. Lead activities to foresee risks and issues and create the required mitigation plans. Main Responsibilities and Deliverables Strengthen relationships:

• End-to-end management of a project or program of projects including:
• Scope Management
• Time Management
• Cost Management (budgeting, forecasting, revenue, etc.)
• Quality Management
• Human Resource/ Personnel Management
• Communications Management
• Risk Management
• Stakeholder (internal and external) Management
• Manage all phases of project – Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control and Closing
• Effective use of project management methodology, processes, tools, techniques and templates. In doing so, define project tasks and prepare project plans. Monitor, manage, and communicate project progress.
• Manage project scope and scope changes. Manage & motivate the team assigned to the project. Provide feedback regarding their performances.
• Being the single point of contact for assigned projects and customer representation or Business Unit in internal and external /customer forums by providing effective communication.
• Act as a trusted adviser for assigned clients and assist with the development of roadmaps and other long range plans for leveraging the solution and maximizing the ROI.
• Manage issues proactively, provide visibility of issues and resolution to stakeholders and escalate internally as required to resolve issues
• Report on Status of project to internal and external stakeholders accurately on agreed frequency
• Manage project related revenue and revenue forecast. Keep management systems updated to reflect revenue forecasting.
• Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery. Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and suggestions for future improvements. Contribute to project management methodology improvements. Provide assessment of project results.
• Be part of the broader PM community to participate, contribute, learn and collaborate to increase efficiency of Project Management at the company.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Minimum of 5 Years of current proven experience as a PM leading teams and manage people in a matrix environment. Experience with international clients is required.
• Experience working as a project manager for a consulting or software organization or similar delivering solutions to external clients.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC as a project manager, including discovery, design and development of custom solutions
• Proven Ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers.
• Proven Ability to manage large and simultaneity projects.
• Proven experience managing IT and Software delivery projects.
• Proven Ability to form strong customer relationships.
• Proven Ability to span business and technical issues.
• Ability and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.
• Strong business acumen and orientation.
• Revenue forecast management.
• Budget management.
• PMP Certification desirable
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in systems engineering and related fields.
• Proficient communication skills in English.

This is a Hybrid model position in Bogotá Sutherland's Facilities at Torre Krystal.
