Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who has great communication skills in English and who thrives at the intersection of technology, innovation, and execution. You’ll lead cross-functional teams through projects that blend mobile engineering, AI integration, and product innovation, from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize project processes.

Requirements:
• English proficiency is a must, since you'll be collaborating with the clients and global teams directly.
• Experience: 3+ years in project management, ideally in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in the Eastern Timezone (US) UTC/GMT -5
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong technical knowledge of software components, databases, stacks and the overall software development proecss.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification.
