Our customer is a leading European manufacturer of premium smart home solutions, recognized for award-winning design, innovation, and quality. Operating in the Smart Home Technology / Consumer Electronics / IoT sector, they integrate advanced IoT and AI capabilities into their products, which are featured in global design and technology awards. With a strong market presence in Europe and expanding reach worldwide, they are shaping the future of connected living.

PROJECT

This is a long-term, fixed-price engagement to build a new digital platform from scratch. The solution will enhance both end-user and partner experiences, directly supporting product sales and brand engagement. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery — from planning and architecture reviews to deployment — ensuring usability, performance, and scalability.

• Lead and oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and scope management of fixed-price web/cloud-based projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, testers, DevOps, business analysts) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks for the engineering team
• Proactively manage project milestones, risks, resource allocation, and change requests
• Maintain project governance, documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communication
• Support technical discussions and architecture reviews in Java and AWS environments
• Drive continuous improvement in development and delivery processes aligned with Agile principles
• Facilitate collaboration between product and engineering teams to align priorities and quality goals

• 5+ years managing technology projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proven experience delivering fixed-price projects
• Deep familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
• Solid foundation in project governance (scoping, estimation, planning, tracking, risk management)
• Excellent command of Jira and Confluence
• Comfortable managing technical requirements and stakeholder expectations
• Experience in pre-sale activities
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• German language skills
• Certifications: Scrum (CSM), PMP, Product Ownership
