Project Manager/ Senior (Construction/Design Industry) #URGENT

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project, including design, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor project team members.
• Ensure quality assurance and delivery of projects within budget and schedule.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum3-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or design industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
