Project Manager / Scrum Master - Lead

You are the single point of accountability for delivering complex digital products on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. Acting simultaneously as Project Manager and Scrum Master, you will plan and track scope, schedule, cost, and risk and coach cross-functional teams in Agile ways of working. Your mission is to convert business objectives into shippable increments every sprint while keeping stakeholders aligned and the team unblocked.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings
• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, systems, and methodologies to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to management and escalate critical issues as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment and clear communication.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Conduct meetings with clients to clarify project requirements and expectations.
• Manage cross-functional teams of 10–15 members, including Developers, UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers.
• Evaluate existing Agile practices, prioritize areas for enhancement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Manage project workflows using JIRA and Confluence, and provide training to team members as needed.
• Ensure software quality standards are consistently met and that project requirements are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and software development.
• Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
• Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly desirable.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
