Doka India is looking for a Project Manager (Scaffolding) to join its versatile team in Nagothane, Raigad, India. You will be responsible for the full execution and successful delivery of scaffolding projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Please note: This role is offered as an estimated 18-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on project status.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Site supervision
• Project delivery
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Sales and Site teams
• Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Degree or formal qualification in Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the scaffolding industry.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Scaffolder certification is an advantage.
• Practical on-site scaffolding experience
• AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
• Solid English skills, Hindi/Marathi will be an advantage.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented attitude.
• Flexible to travel.
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
