Your Role:
Professional Experience & Background

• 2-3 years of experience in SAP project management (SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects (on‑premise and/or cloud))
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end SAP projects, including design, implementation, testing, training, go‑live, and hypercare
• Experience working in international and multicultural project environments with distributed teams

Your Mission:
SAP & Methodological Expertise

• Solid understanding of the SAP S/4HANA landscape, including cloud-based solutions (Public and/or Private Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of SAP project methodologies and tools, ideally SAP Activate and SAP Cloud ALM (or comparable tools)
• Ability to translate business requirements into feasible SAP solution concepts in close collaboration with functional and technical teams

Your Profile:
Project & Stakeholder Management

• End‑to‑end responsibility for technical and commercial project management, including scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk
• Acting as a trusted advisor for customers at both management and operational level
• Strong stakeholder management skills across customers, partners, and internal delivery teams

Leadership & Personal Skills

• Confident and professional demeanor with strong analytical and conceptual skills
• High level of initiative, decision‑making ability, and results orientation
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead project teams in complex environments
• Motivation to contribute to the growth of the consulting practice, including mentoring junior colleagues and supporting pre‑sales activities

Communication & Language Skills

• Strong presentation, moderation, and negotiation skills
• High customer orientation and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
• Business‑fluent English required
• Spanish required; German is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience in rollout programs or template‑based SAP implementations
• Background in consulting environments
