Nuestro Cliente: Trabajamos para una firma de arquitectura e interiorismo en sector lujo con sede en Majadahonda, especializada en el diseño y ejecución de proyectos retail y corporativos exclusivos. Un equipo donde la excelencia y los acabados impecables son la norma.

Tu Misión: Como Project Manager, serás el responsable integral del ciclo de vida del proyecto: desde la planificación inicial y el control de costes hasta la entrega final al cliente, garantizando siempre los estándares de calidad del sector lujo.

Tus Funciones Clave:

Gestión Integral: Liderar la planificación, presupuestos y cronogramas.

Coordinación: Punto de enlace entre clientes exigentes, equipos de obra y proveedores.

Cost Control: Control exhaustivo de costes, gestión de contratos y documentación técnica.

Supervisión Técnica: Asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos y la perfección en los acabados.

Requisitos:

Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de Edificación o similar.

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en posiciones de Project Management (valorado sector Retail/Lujo).

Manejo avanzado de AutoCAD y Excel (Cost Control).

Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.

Perfil con comunicación exquisita y alta orientación al detalle.
