Alvarez Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction in our Bedico Creek subdivision in Madisonville. This role is ideal for a driven, organized construction professional who takes pride in building quality homes, running tight schedules, and working collaboratively with trade partners and internal teams.

We are a production homebuilder focused on quality, accountability, and customer experience. Our Project Managers are trusted leaders who own their projects from start to finish and play a critical role in delivering homes on time, on budget, and built right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of residential home construction from start to close
Maintain and execute construction schedules
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
Perform quality control inspections throughout the build process
Communicate effectively with internal teams, warranty, and customers
Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays and rework
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and local codes
Participate in walkthroughs, orientations, and final inspections as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of residential construction or project management experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple homes at different stages of construction
Excellent communication skills with trades, customers, and team members
High level of accountability and attention to detail
Ability to problem-solve under pressure and keep projects moving
Familiarity with production homebuilding processes is a plus
