Our Research, Development & Innovation (RDI) Department is growing and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage R&D projects under E.U. funded programmes.
We have a strong portfolio of EU funding proposals and awarded projects in various domains, incl. smart cities, energy, mobility, industry 4.0, e-gov, cultural heritage, health, etc., working very collaboratively with academic/research institutes, other companies, start-ups and non-profits across Europe in submitting joint proposals to various EU funding programmes (e.g., Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, Creative Europe, etc.).

More specifically, for the Project Manager position, we expect you to:
• Manage and coordinate EU-funded R&D projects, based in Greece and/or Luxemburg
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and project financials
• Liaise with consortium partners and European stakeholders fostering strong collaboration and communication
• Prepare and review reports, deliverables, and proposals
• Identify risks to ensure project continuity and success
• Ensure full compliance with the related funding programme requirements as well as the projects’ objectives and KPIs
Requirements:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management
• Proven track record in EU-funded R&D projects, including experience as an official Coordinator in at least one
• Degree in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Computer Science or related field
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Effective communicator with diverse business stakeholders
• Proficient use of English (written & verbal)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Experience in international and cross functional environments
• Willingness and ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows
• Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset
