ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Principal Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Securities Services practice, with a strong focus on Fund Administration Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice

As a Principal Consultant within the Securities Services team, you will lead fund administration transformation projects across fund accounting, operations, and securities services for top-tier financial institution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead large-scale transformation programmes across fund administration, transfer agency, middle office, and securities operations.

•
Provide deep subject matter expertise across Fund Accounting processes, controls, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.

•
Act as a senior advisor to clients, shaping strategy, operating models, and delivery roadmaps across the fund administration lifecycle.

•
Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring quality, risk management, and successful implementation of business and technology solutions.

•
Mentor and guide consulting teams, helping to build a strong and scalable capability within the practice.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•
10+ years experience in consulting covering securities services/capital markets, with strong expertise in Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, and related operational processes.

• Strong consulting background with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business and technology

•
Strong track record leading large-scale fund administration transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process re‑engineering, and platform modernization.

•
Strong programme and project leadership skills, managing teams and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

•
Proven experience in driving sales, business development, and practice growth, including strong client relationship, opportunity identification, solution shaping, and proposal leadership.

•
Experience contributing to practice development, including frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership.
