Project Manager

For TPS site in Prague, we are looking for Project Manager.

In this role you will perform the following tasks:

• Responsibility for the project implementation (custom made production of traction substations)
• Coordination and collaboration on project development with the customer
• Project management in all phases - initialization, planning, execution, reporting, handover, evaluation
• Assembling and leading the project team, managing project communication, managing available resources
• Ensuring flawless communication with the customer, analysis of potential risks and their prevention
• Reporting on the status of project implementation, change management
• Ensuring project handover and output, control, management of financial resources, costs and revenues
• Controlling adherence to schedule and costs
• Service trips to the customer

Requirements:
What we expect:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 4 years of project management experience (ideally in the field of rolling stock, power systems, electricity distribution...)
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of project management standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Relation to technology, flexible approach, organized, structured personality
• Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, MS Project, or other project management tools
• Driving licence
