Position Overview
Coordinar el calendario de lanzamiento de Nuevos Productos así como las actividades del departamento, y contribuir en la mejora continua del desarrollo de Nuevos Productos con el proposito de de mejorar la eficiencia del departamento.
What you'll do
• Coordinar el Calendario de Nuevos Productos con el calendario de Lanzamientos.
• Administrar y Comunicar las líneas de tiempo con los Gerentes de Programación, Desarrolladores de Proyectos e Ingenieros de Industrias la Mesa
• Dar seguimiento al proceso de desarrollo constantemente a través de los departamentos de Ingeniera y Nuevos Productos
• Responsable de Contribuir en la mejora continua del departamento de Nuevos Productos con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia
• Aumentar la eficiencia en el ciclo de desarrollo; las primeras muestras más precisas, requisición de menor cantidad de muestras, y aprobaciones en tiempo.
• Coordinar las ejecuciones de prueba Beta y muestras de productos
Who you are
• De 4 a 6 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos o un puesto similar.
• Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo y gestión del tiempo; capacidad demostrada para gestionar múltiples prioridades de forma eficaz.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
• Dominio de Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams y SharePoint; se requiere experiencia con PowerPoint y Outlook.
• Se valorará el conocimiento práctico de los procesos de desarrollo de productos (PDP).
• Éxito demostrado liderando equipos multifuncionales en un entorno matricial y dinámico.
• Disponibilidad para viajar de ser necesario.
• VISA para USA.
