Turner & Townsend have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work on pharma construction projects. 

Job Objectives

• To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery with respect to large, complex projects.
• To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
• Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives.
• Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Planning for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
• Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
• Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
• Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.

• Engineering degree background is required, with a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience delivering projects in technically complex environments.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, with relevant sector experience such as Pharma, Life Sciences, Industrial, Logistics, or Manufacturing.
• Strong ability to manage revenue, team resources, and project priorities to consistently meet client expectations.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting, and professional presentations.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and multi-tasking skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong team mindset: self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to support other teams and projects when required.
• Good command of Spanish and English is required.
