We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and oversee project execution within government entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in strategy development, performance improvement, and operational planning in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for government organizations.
• Design and optimize operational models and frameworks.
• Oversee performance development initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables in line with timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in:
• Developing government strategies and operational models.
• Strategic planning and performance development in the public sector.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
