Engineering ability readiness
•Knowledgeable/experiences of the technical requirements of power tools.
•Experiences on structure design of power tools.
•Know deeply of both mechanical & electrical system of power tools.
•Tech communication internally and externally.
Product development
•Experienced and knowledgeable of all corded/ cordless products covers all emerging countries;  
•Experienced and knowledgeable of all main competitor’s performance.
•Implement & Execute performance/quality criteria.
•Familiar with whole development process.
Product quality/manufacturing
•Managing quality complaints.
•coordination with supplier and Q team for root-cause and resolution on complaints.
•Supporting QMM in quality improvement measures development by collecting and transferring feedback from countries` aftersales.
•Work with project team for quality improvement/maintenance with suppliers.
•Know deeply about whole production process of power tools + supplier chain.
•Bachelor of higher degree in engineering.
•> 8 years of experience of power tools industrial. Experienced both in global and local companies is preferred.
•Good communication and coordination skills.
•Teamwork sprit.  
•Fluent in English.
