Program/Project Lead Banamex USA
Supports the development and maintenance of program/project plans, charters, stakeholder lists, acceptance documents, and risk/issues log
Supports the program/project by capturing meeting notes and task items follow up by publishing notes and validating team members carry through on tasks
Applies project management concepts and practices to report and resolve issues
Ensures documents are posted to SharePoint portal, captures change control and approval of documents
Identify, document, and understand program/project dependencies
Measure project management performance against standards
Develop and deliver communications
Update and monitor the project risk management tracker

Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
3-5 Years of Experience
Strong to excellent note taking skills
Strong to excellent PowerPoint skills
Strong to excellent SharePoint skills
Banking background is a plus
