Job description:

The Presentation Specialist / Project Lead is responsible for producing creative high-quality program/project presentations. This role will create and edit project presentations. Will primarily be working in PowerPoint, but we're not looking for the average PowerPoint user. We're looking for a dynamic creative design expert who can bring innovation and collaborate with project staff to create meaningful and impactful project presentations and graphics.
In addition, the Presentation Specialist / Project Lead will provide ad hoc project management support to small and low complexity projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the ESC Systems organization in the development, formatting and delivery of presentations
• Design and execute high-impact visual program/project presentations for internal and external clients
• Create original graphic content for slides for a wide variety of audiences
• Reformat existing content, condense/copy edit and convey key points through illustration or information graphics.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of presentation content
• Collaborate with team members on project presentations to find graphic solutions to complex problems.
• Leverage Project Management skills and techniques to facilitate the implementation of ESC programs and projects - these are coordinated through various activities of more than one functional and/or technical group.
• Ensure full compliance to the ESC Global Project Management Procedure and artifacts requirements.
• Drive for results and deliver what is needed to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables and meet published project go-live dates.
• Create an executable project management plan and effectively track progress against plan.
• Manage and execute project deliverables in line with the project plan and milestones.
• Timely identification, documentation and mitigation of project risks and issues.
• Support project status meetings with agendas, meeting minutes, weekly status reporting with issue and risk identifications and mitigation.
• Effectively lead and manage BattleStation calls, ensure timely resolution on UAT testing issues, ensure the loading of AC.130 sign-off certificates in DARTS.
• Provide back up support for other team members when necessary.

Job Skills Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills and experience with creating and editing PowerPoint presentations.
• Fine-tuned attention to detail and high proofreading skills.
• 1-3 years project management experience.
• Expert or Highly proficient on MS Office products.
• Facilitate meetings which must include agendas, meeting minutes and action items.
• Strong negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills.
• Able to articulate issues with functional teams and businesses verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects simultaneously and issue escalation capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
