We are looking for a highly organized and goal-oriented Project Manager - New Product Development.
In this role, you will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of new products - from concept to market launch. Working at the intersection of Operations, Marketing and Digital Product, you will ensure that our new packaging solutions are not only delivered on time but also optimized for a seamless online purchasing experience.

What You’ll Do:
End-to-End NPD management: Lead the implementation process of new products, overseeing every stage from initial concept to final delivery.
Timeline ownership: Create, manage, and enforce project schedules and implementation roadmaps to ensure timely launches.
Purchasing experience & CRO: Collaborate with the Digital Product team to optimize the online purchasing path for new products, supporting CRO initiatives to ensure a seamless and high-converting user journey.
Cross-functional coordination: Act as the central hub connecting internal departments (Product, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and smooth information flow.
Risk management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop recovery plans to keep projects on track.
Commercial analysis: Verify COGS, assist in price positioning, and determine Recommended Retail Prices (RSP) in collaboration with the business team.
Documentation & reporting: Supervise product documentation and organize regular project status meetings.
What We Expect from You:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management or Product Development (experience in e-commerce or physical products is a plus).
Project skills: Proven track record of managing complex projects, creating schedules, and implementing new solutions.
Language skills: Fluency in Polish and confidence in English (both written and spoken, min. B2 level).
Analytical mindset: Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and ability to work with data (COGS, pricing, timelines).
Soft skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude.
Tech savvy: Ability to navigate digital tools and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday).
AI friendly: Openness to using AI tools to optimize daily work and efficiency.
Nice to have:
Experience in introducing products to an e-commerce market.
Understanding of digital user journeys (UX/UI basics) related to product purchasing.

4. Your personal data will be processed:
in the case of recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement, to conclude an employment contract under the provisions of the Labour Code, i.e. pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR in connection with Art. 221§ 1 of the Labour Code regarding first and last name, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and previous employment, and regarding personal data categories other than the above-mentioned ones, such data will be processed on the basis of your consent, i.e. pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,

8. the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data (at any time you may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data on the basis of your consent, and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal).
Personal data will be processed both in paper and electronic form – in IT systems, however, the Controller will not make automated decisions (including in the form of profiling).
