Job Requirements:

· Lead and manage the full lifecycle of RPA projects, from initial assessment and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document automation opportunities.

· Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Manage project resources, including RPA developers, testers, and other stakeholders.

· Oversee the development and testing of RPA solutions.

· Ensure the quality and timely delivery of RPA projects.

· Monitor project performance and identify and mitigate risks.

· Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience in RPA project management.

· Proven experience in leading and delivering successful RPA projects using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

· Understanding of RPA concepts, technologies, and best practices.

· Strong understanding and using JIRA tool.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.
