Project Manager (MDM) - Inside IR35

About the role:

Billigence is supporting a large-scale MDM transformation programme and are  looking for an experienced Project Manager  to lead delivery coordination across a six-month enterprise MDM foundation programme.

This role is critical in ensuring workstreams stay aligned, dependencies are tracked, and in-flight programmes are coordinated effectively.

The successful candidate will need to be in the office at least once per week in central London.

What you'll do:

Lead project management and coordination across all MDM workstreams

Maintain alignment with strategic in-flight programmes 

Manage transition states, impacts, and dependencies across teams

Own and maintain the dependency and decisions register

Facilitate governance forums, escalation routes, and stakeholder communications

Track milestones, risks, and issues across the programme

What you'll need:

Proven experience managing complex data or technology transformation programmes

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams and business functions

Familiarity with data governance or MDM programmes is a strong advantage

Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
