We are looking for a Project Manager to lead operational and capital projects within a fast-paced manufacturing and packaging environment. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget. The position works closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve operational performance and support company growth. Responsibilities
• Manage projects from planning through execution within a manufacturing or production environment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, purchasing, and operations
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and implementation plans
• Track project milestones and communicate progress, risks, and updates to leadership
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, productivity, and cost control
• Work with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to support project execution
• Ensure projects comply with safety standards, operational requirements, and company procedures
• Support equipment installations, facility improvements, and production upgrades
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, packaging, or industrial operations
• Experience coordinating projects involving production equipment, facility improvements, or operational processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with vendors, contractors, and internal operations teams
• Proficiency with project tracking tools, spreadsheets, or project management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
