Job Description
Mobile Locker is a fast-growing international company offering smart locker solutions at festivals, events, and permanent locations across Europe.
We are looking for a Project Manager who takes full ownership of every project after the sales handover and ensures everything is executed smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard — both from the office and on the ground.
Responsibilities
• Taking over projects from the sales team and managing the full briefing and handover process
• Coordinating purchasing and procurement in close collaboration with the supply chain team
• Planning and overseeing installations end-to-end: transport, materials, technicians, and timing
• Travelling to project sites across Europe to oversee and actively participate in installations
• Taking a hands-on role on-site during installation and setup
• Monitoring and safeguarding quality throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Keeping clients informed on project progress, timelines, and any relevant updates
• Training and onboarding clients after successful installation
• Serving as the main point of contact for the end client — by phone and email — from handover to delivery
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues, delays, or deviations
Requirements:
• You have a strong sense of structure and oversight, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously
• You work accurately and never lose track of the details
• You communicate proactively — both internally and towards clients
• You are hands-on and have no issue getting on-site and rolling up your sleeves
• You take full ownership of your projects from start to finish
• You switch easily between strategic planning and operational execution
• You are stress-resistant and solve problems quickly and pragmatically
• You collaborate well across teams — sales, supply chain, and field technicians
• You are open to regular travel across Europe for project installations
• Excellent knowledge of German and English (required) - Other languages are a strong plus
• Experience in project management, operations, or a coordinating role is a strong asset
• Background in technical installations or field operations is a strong plus
• Knowledge of electrical systems or basic electrical work is a strong asset
• Driver's licence (B)
Benefits:
• A varied role with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
• Direct client contact and visible impact on every project
• International travel and on-site project experience across Europe
• A hands-on environment without unnecessary bureaucracy
• Room to grow within an international scale-up
• Competitive salary and benefits package
• Payroll or freelance
• Start date ideally August 2026 but open to discuss
