We are hiring a Project Manager with a strong self-perform construction background to lead commercial interior and exterior systems projects in the Las Vegas area.
This is not a coordination-only role. We’re looking for someone who understands the work because they’ve come up through the field and know how to manage labor, production, sequencing, and execution in real time.
Our projects span metal stud framing, drywall, EIFS, plaster, theming, acoustical ceilings, fireproofing, and painting, serving clients across healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, and entertainment.
If you’ve managed your own crews, understand production rates, and can lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, this is a high-impact opportunity with a team that values real field knowledge.
What You'll Own
• Manage commercial self-perform construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee scopes including:
• Metal stud framing
• Drywall
• Exterior finishes
• Theming
• Painting
• Interior systems
• Lead internal field crews ranging from 20–100+ workers
• Build and manage project budgets based on:
• Labor hours
• Install rates
• Sequencing
• Field productivity
• Drive project schedules with a focus on production and field execution
• Coordinate directly with general contractors and project teams
• Identify value engineering and efficiency opportunities early
• Track labor and material costs in real time and manage cost variance proactively
• Support coordination across BIM, prefabrication, QA/QC, and safety
Requirements:
• A career path that started in the field and progressed into project leadership
• Examples: framer, drywaller, carpenter, foreman, superintendent, etc.
• Direct experience managing self-perform interior systems crews
• Strong understanding of production-based project management
• Framing quantities
• Board hang/finish rates
• Crew productivity
• Labor-driven budgeting
• Experience on commercial projects in sectors such as:
• Healthcare
• Hospitality
• Retail
• Education
• Entertainment
• Experience managing $2M+ self-perform scopes is strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
• Proficiency with standard construction project management tools
• Experience with QuickBooks RST and/or Plexus is a plus
• Must be willing to work in the Greater Las Vegas area
