Project Manager

The Project Manager has the ultimate responsibility to manage the success of a construction project for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall direction, administration, completion, and financial outcome of all assigned projects, including oversight of subcontractors, superintendents, labor, and contracted consultants.
Manage project scope, budget, and schedule while establishing operational priorities to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other key project stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
Proactively identify, address, and resolve delays, emergencies, and project-related issues as they arise.
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards, building codes, and legal requirements.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including proposals, budget plans, and work-in-progress reports.
Effectively work with Project Engineers and Superintendents to create a positive, safe, and productive jobsite.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of safety best practices and procedures.
Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, estimating, and project management.
Proficient computer skills, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer and superintendent needs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven ability to manage projects from initial customer contact through completion, including needs assessment, budgeting, negotiation of project terms, subcontract issuance, contract management, and construction oversight.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and “wear multiple hats” in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the construction industry.
Experience managing multiple projects and clients concurrently.
Associate’s degree or higher in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
