About the Role

As part of our Game in a Box team, the Project Manager drives the development of our internal game framework, making sure teams are aligned and everything comes together like a well-orchestrated game level. You thrive in fast-paced environments, clearing blockers, managing risks, and driving smooth, high-quality delivery across exciting live and development projects.

What You’ll Do

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones and deadlines
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of tasks
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders at all levels
• Monitor project budgets, resources, and capacity where applicable
• Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and performance insights
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and predictability of delivery

What You Bring

• Proven experience in project management within a software, tech, or digital environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including technical and business units
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-paced product or platform environments
• Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven industries
• Experience working with external vendors or offshore teams
• Understanding of data-driven decision making and KPI tracking
• Familiarity with SaaS or live service products

Compensation

• B2B contract: 16,000 – 21,000 PLN/month (depending on experience)
• UoP (employment contract): 11,200 – 14,700 PLN/month gross
